Our lead time is typically 2-6 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. 

Once the order is submitted, our processing department will double check any customization needs and verify the price is accurate. The order will be transferred to the scheduling department after groundwork is completely prep and permit is approved. A scheduling representative will do a final verification with the customer and set the date for installation.

 Our installation sub-contractors drive a truck pulling a 30-36 foot trailer, which means maneuvering into small, narrow, or steep driveways may not be possible. 

• Mark any utility lines running underneath planned installation site.
• Prepare job site: Must not be more than 4 inches off level to avoid any cut leg fees or other additional labor/ return trip fees.
• All concrete pads are required to be the same size as the building dimension. If concrete is larger than the building, customer is aware the base rail is affixed only to the installation surface with the designated anchors which may experience water leakage under the base rail.
• Clear any and all obstacles in and around the installation site such as cars, recreational vehicles, and debris to avoid a build over fee. 
• Installation crews need a minimum of 6ft radius around the building to fasten any wall paneling, end wall framing, and trim.
